35-year workmanship warranty

Stonewell offers a 35-year workmanship warranty on full roof replacements. This covers the installation work defined in your written proposal. Review the covered roof sections, start date, exclusions and claim process before accepting your estimate.

50-year manufacturer warranty

Full roof replacements include 50-year manufacturer coverage for the eligible products and roofing system specified in your written proposal. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s written terms, installation and registration requirements, limitations and exclusions.

Repair or replacement

A repair warranty applies to the specific repaired area and included components. A replacement proposal defines the roof sections and system covered. Review both the workmanship and product terms before accepting the estimate.

Stonewell Construction LLC’s general liability certificate lists $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 general aggregate, with a policy period of October 21, 2026–October 21, 2027. Coverage is subject to policy terms and exclusions. Request current insurance evidence for your project.

Before you accept the estimate

  • Confirm which roof sections, repairs and materials are included.
  • Read the workmanship duration, start date, exclusions and claim process in your proposal.
  • Check the manufacturer’s written terms, including registration and transfer requirements.
  • Keep your signed scope, invoices, product details and warranty documents together.

Insurance evidence

The certificate names Stonewell Construction LLC and Hadron Specialty Insurance Company. It lists commercial general liability limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 general aggregate for October 21, 2026 through October 21, 2027. A certificate summarizes insurance; the policy terms, conditions and exclusions govern coverage.
