Stonewell project story

Roof replacement around skylights.

This sequence follows a roof with several skylights and an attached garage. Front and overhead views show different parts of the preparation, followed by underlayment around the skylights and shingle installation across the main roof and garage.

01 / Removal & deck preparation

Start with the existing roof surface.

The overhead tear-off view shows shingles being removed around the skylights, exposing the deck. A separate front view shows preparation above the house while the garage roof still carries its older shingles.

02 / Underlayment

Follow the skylight connections.

Angled and overhead photographs show synthetic underlayment around the skylights, with shingle bundles staged across the roof. These views make the skylight positions and surrounding roof planes easier to understand.

03 / Shingle installation

The main roof and garage take shape.

The final overhead view in this sequence shows new shingles across the main house and garage. Materials and finishing work remain visible, so this photograph records the installation stage rather than a final cleanup inspection.
